What if you lived 2010 like it was the last year of your life? - KMOV.com

What if you lived 2010 like it was the last year of your life?

I talked to Clint Arthur today.  A guy in his mid-40s who lives in Las Vegas and wants to change the way we live our lives for the better.

He's created a program (and website) called "The Last Year of your Life."  Check out www.thelastyearofyourlife.com.

Besides setting goals we want to achieve in 2010 and actually achieving them (say running a marathon, writing a book, recording a song, going on that dream vacation, attending a championship sporting event, etc) the idea behind living like it's the last year of your life is to resolve personal issues and make peace with who you are.

I asked Clint if he thought we should live like this every year.  He told me it takes a lot of energy and commitment to do this and it's something you really have to take one year at a time.  He says it's a one-year program for a reason.

If you're curious, check out his website.

When I asked him how many people from across the country are signed up this year, he wouldn't tell me, but he said people are siging up every day.
