(KMOV)-- There's a nationwide movement happening to live 2010 like it's the last year of your life.
A guy in Las Vegas started it all. Part of its bucket list stuff, go on that trip you've always wanted to go on or run that marathon you've been talking about.
But it goes beyond that. Clint Arthur said it's also about resolving personal issues, finding peace with yourself and just appreciating every moment in life.
Arthur said his philosophy, if you adopt it, will change the way you live the next year.
"Most people get out of bed in the morning, drag themselves into the shower and they try to get the coffee going because they need it. Well when you're living the last year of your life you're going to pop out of bed in the morning and you might not even need the coffee," he said.
