ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) – Six people were shot in three separate shooting incidents in St. Louis Wednesday night.
The first shooting happened at 5:00 p.m. at Shreve and Margaretta when an unknown person in a dark green Chevy Lumina shot at a 23-year-old man. Police say the victim was shot once in the shin.
The vehicle fled the scene in an unknown direction.
Around 10:40 p.m., two people were shot in the 5600 block of Minerva in west St. Louis. Police say a 23-year-old man was found lying on the sidewalk suffering from gunshot wounds to his hand, arm, abdomen and thigh. Another 23-year-old man was found inside the residence with a gunshot wound to his thigh.
The victims told police they were standing on the east side of the building when the heard gunshots coming from an unknown direction.
About five minutes later, three people were shot in the 5800 block of Theodore in north St. Louis. Police say the three victims were standing outside when they heard gunshots and felt pain.
A 20-year-old man was shot in the foot, a 19-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound to the shin and a 17-year-old suffered a graze wound to the shoulder.
Police say all six victims are listed in stable condition.
No other details were immediately available.
