(KMOV) -- Some teenage girls in North Carolina have been given a offer to make some extra cash.
They are getting paid to not get pregnant.
The group that started this is "The College Bound Sisters."
The program pays the teens $1 a day as long as they don't get pregnant.
That money can then be used to go to college.
Some recent graduates have received over $2,000.
The group is hoping that teens will be less likely to get pregnant if they have a serious aspiration to attend college.
The College Bound Sisters is funded by a state grant.
If a girl would to get pregnant or drop out there savings would be split up among the rest of the group.
