EAST ST. LOUIS - A Collinsville man was arraigned Tuesday on a two-count federal indictment.
Timmy Goodwin, 42, was arraigned in U.S. District Court in East St. Louis after being named in the indictment returned by a federal grand jury.
The indictment charges Goodwin with one count of making false statements and one count of worker's compensation fraud. Each count of the indictment carries a possible punishment, upon conviction, of up to five years in prison, a fine of up to $250,000 or both, and a term of up to three years of supervised release.
