ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) -- The Michigan Wolverines are coming off a 19-point rally to beat Wisconsin as they head into tomorrow's (Saturday's) home game against the Fighting Illini.
Illinois lost by 14 at Penn State and fell out of The Associated Press poll for the first time this year.
The Illini's Juice Williams is helping his team score 33.3 points per game and is leading the conference with 297 yards of total offense per game.
The junior accounted for two TDs and almost 250 yards in the setback to the Nittany Lions.
The Wolverines have faced some solid competition, but they haven't played anybody quite like the 6-foot-2, 233-pound Williams.
But as good as the Williams-led offense has been, Illinois' defense is giving up a conference-high 32 points a game.
Coach Ron Zook hopes he has a solution tomorrow in Ann Arbor.
