Crab Cakes

Crab Cakes
Serves 4 people
1 Can  Crab (Super Lump)
1  Egg
½   Green Bell Pepper
½   Red Bell Pepper
½   Yellow Onion
½  Cup  Mayonaise
1  tsp  Old Bay Spice
1  tsp Koasher Salt
1½  Cup Panko Bread Crumbs

Cooking Method:
Sauté Onions and Peppers, and set aside to cool.
Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl (hold  Crab until end to mix in) and lightly mix together.
Shape into 2oz Cakes (2 per Portion)
Heat Sauté Pan on Med-High and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Garnish with Whole Grain Mustard Aioli
Blend together the following:
1Cup Mayo, Zest of Lime, ¼ Cup of Whole Grain mustard, ¼ tablespoon Chopped Cilantro, pinch salt and white pepper.
Mix well and top Crab Cakes with Aioli
Serve on a bed on Field Greens
