Man dead, two others injured after overnight shooting in north St. Louis

(KMOV) – A 29-year-old man is dead after being shot in the chest around 2 a.m. on Sunday.

This happened at Olive and Garrison in north St. Louis.

Police say there were multiple victims in the shooting, including a 22-year-old man who was shot in the neck, and a 21-year-old man who was grazed by a bullet on the arm.

The victim who was killed is Stacey Johnson of the 7400 block of San Diego. He reportedly argued with one of the suspects before shots were fired, who police say he may have known.

He was taken to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The suspects are described as two black males driving a red Chevrolet Monte Carlo. No further description is available at the time.
