Public meetings announced to discuss Metro fare increases

(KMOV) – It may soon cost more to catch a ride on Metro services.

The Bi-State Development Agency is announcing three public meetings about a proposed fare increase.

Three options being considered would each raise more than $2 million a year, and range from $1 to $3 more on a monthly pass. The hike would go into effect in July.
