Missing Clayton man believed to have memory loss, driving through Illinois

ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) – Authorities are asking for help locating a man reported missing from Clayton, Missouri Thursday morning.

Ronald Francis Gamache, 84, was reported missing at 10:00 a.m. by his wife. Gamache is believed to be confused and driving through Illinois. Gamache has made stops in Rushville, Macomb and, most recently, Farmers City, Illinois.

Gamache's family believes he may be suffering from memory loss and is confused about directions.

Gamache is described as a 5-foot-11, 195 pound white man with brown hair.

Gamache is believed to be driving a gold Chevrolet Malibu with a Missouri license plate of #FL4T8B

Anyone with information is urged to contact the Clayton Police Department at 314-615-5317.

News 4 has contacted authorities and is attempting to get a picture of Gamache.
