ST. LOUIS (KMOV) – The St. Louis Blues have traded B.J. Crombeen and their fifth-round pick in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft to the Tampa Bay Lightning in exchange for their fourth round pick in both the 2013 and 2014 drafts.

Crombreen, 27, dressed in 40 games for the Blues in 2011-2012, scoring one goal and posting two assists.

He spent the last four seasons in a Blues uniform, recording 26 goals, 23 assists and 515 penalty minutes in 265 games.

The 6’2, 210-pound forward was initially claimed off waivers by the Blues in 2008. He was drafted by Dallas 54th overall in the second round of the 2003 draft.
