(HockeyStL) – The St. Louis Blues will kick off 2014-2015 against the Eastern Conference Champions, the New York Rangers.

King Henrik Lundqvist and company will come to St. Louis to play on Thursday, October 9 for their home opener. The Blues will play then against Saturday, October 11 at home against the Calgary Flames.

The schedule during the month of October isn’t easy on the Blues, playing the Anaheim Ducks twice, the Blawkhawks travel to Scottrade and the Blues play their third game of the season in Los Angeles against the Stanley Cup Champion Kings.

Other highlights include eight home games in November, including a stretch of five straight home games. Seven of their eleven games in January are also played at Scottrade. Then from February 26 through March 30, the Blues play 11 of 16 games on the road.

The regular season ends Saturday, April 11 against the Minnesota Wild at Scottrade. For the full schedule, click here.
