ST. LOUIS (HockeyStL) – Defenseman Jeff Woywitka is returning to the Blues after signing a one-year, two-way deal on Monday.

Woywitka had 35 points and 106 penalty minutes in 152 games for the Blues from 2005 to 2009.

The 28-year-old defenseman recorded six points (one goal, five assists) in 27 games last season with the New York Rangers.
