ST. LOUIS (AP) -- Anaheim defenseman James Wisniewski scored in the seventh round of the shootout and the Ducks rallied from three goals down to beat the St. Louis Blues 4-3 on Saturday night.
The shootout attempt was the first for Wisniewski in his five-year NHL career.
Bobby Ryan scored two third-period goals to power the comeback. His 24th of the season was scored with 30 seconds left to force overtime.
The Ducks won for the eighth time in 11 games.
The Blues built a 3-0 lead on goals by Andy McDonald, B.J. Crombeen and T.J. Oshie before Anaheim charged back with three in the last 14:47. Chris Mason made 34 saves.
St. Louis' season-best, three-game home-winning streak was snapped.
Scott Niedermayer, another Anaheim defenseman, started the Ducks' comeback with his fifth goal. Ryan, who leads U.S.-born players in goals, scored with 8 minutes left before tying the game in the final seconds.
Anaheim scored three times in the shootout against Mason. Corey Perry and Ryan Getzlaf added goals in the tiebreaker.
Oshie and Brad Boyes scored in the shootout against Jonas Hiller, who is 13-5 in his last 18 games.
NOTES: Anaheim forward Teemu Selanne missed his fifth straight game (broken jaw). He underwent surgery Jan. 14 and is expected to be out at least two more weeks. The injury could keep him from playing for Finland next month at the Vancouver Olympics. ... The Blues have scored first in nine of 10 games. ... Anaheim is 7-1-1 in its last nine games against St. Louis. ... The Ducks have killed off 20 of 22 penalties.
