(HockeyStL) -- It could easily be assumed that the wheels have fallen off the St. Louis Blues after dropping four of its last five games. It hasn’t all been that bad, though.

The Blues managed to allow 19 or fewer shots in the first four games each, but the streak was snapped when the Los Angeles Kings took 40 shots on Thursday.

The Kings registered their 20th shot with 11:40 left in the second period of an eventual 4-2 loss.
