(HockeyStL) -- Blues goalie Jaroslav Halak is slowly but surely nearing a full return to ice after sitting out the last six games with a groin injury.
Halak suited up, but was a backup to Jake Allen in Vancouver Sunday. Elliott was listed as a healthy scratch.
Coach Ken Hitchcock said Halak will likely see action in one of the back-to-back games scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday this week.
