(HockeyStL) -- His team may not be playing due to a lockout, but that won’t stop the Towel Man from making a presence on Sports Illustrated’s list of Noteworthy Sports Superfans.
For years, the Towel Man has been a fixture at every Blues game hurling a towel from the upper section of the Scottrade Center after every Blues goal.
The Towel Man was part of a list of 32 other “superfans” which includes the Jets’ Fireman Ed and the Canucks’ Green Men.
