LOS ANGELES (KMOV) -- For being down 0-2 in the second round of the Stanley Cup playoffs, the Blues were very loose in the dressing room after practice.

Instead of listening to rock, rap or something to get the guys jacked up for game three tonight, the team was listening to “Endless Love,” by Lionel Richie and Diana Ross. Carlo Colaiacovo joked that if felt like prom and he was about to tear about.

But a few smiles and chuckles doesn’t mean this team isn’t focused.

I asked T.J. Oshie if game three was a must win and he said, “absolutely.”

Andy McDonald, though, doesn’t see game three as a must win, but told me the team must come out and shine during the first 10 minutes of the game.

Oshie said he believes the Blues can turn the tide in the series because of the locker room chemistry.

“The character in the locker room is unbelievable, the way we fight  and battle for each other gives me no doubt that we can’t come back from being down 2-0,” he said.

One area to focus on tonight is the Blue’s power play. The team is 0-12 against the Kings in the playoffs, and didn’t score a power play goal against them during the regular season.

With Alex Petrangelo back in the line-up,  I expect the Blues to win tonight.  With him on the ice it takes the pressure off others who may have been trying to do too much in his absence.

The Blues will need a great game from Brian Elliott, but if they can catch a couple of bounces and not spend all night in the penalty box, I have St. Louis winning 2-1.
