INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Suddenly, the Colts are right back in the playoff seeding chase.
A week ago, the Colts lost at Cincinnati and seemed all but assured of the No. 4 spot in the AFC. But the other three division leaders all lost this weekend, putting Indianapolis (9-5) back in the mix for a first-round bye.
If Indy (9-5) wins its final two games, at Kansas City and home against Jacksonville, coach Chuck Pagano and his team will be the biggest Baltimore fans in the NFL. Two Indy wins coupled with Ravens victories at home against New England and at Cincinnati would put Indy in the No. 2 spot.
At team headquarters, they're not looking that far ahead.
