WASHINGTON (AP) — Yadier Molina drove in the go-ahead run in the sixth inning of the St. Louis Cardinals' 3-2 victory over the Washington Nationals yesterday. Allen Craig added a two-run double for the Cardinals in the third. St. Louis starter Shelby Miller struck out eight batters in six-plus innings.

ST. LOUIS (AP) — The St. Louis Blues look to stay in playoff contention when they face the Colorado Avalanche tonight at home. The sixth-place Blues are coming off a 5-3 loss to Colorado on Sunday. St. Louis ends the regular season this week with three games at home.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) — Kansas State point guard Angel Rodriguez has decided to transfer so he can be closer to his family in Puerto Rico. Rodriguez averaged 9.8 points last season in helping the Wildcats win a share of their first conference championship in 36 years. He will have two years of eligibility remaining.

ST. LOUIS (AP) — The St. Louis Rams have two picks in the first round of the NFL draft on Thursday night. The Rams have the 16th pick, as well as the Washington Redskins' 22nd selection. St. Louis could look to replace departed running back Steven Jackson.
