(FootballStL) – The Rams will be celebrating the life of all-time great Deacon Jones during Sunday's contest against the Arizona Cardinals.

Jones’ wife Elizabeth, son Greg Pinto and grandson Noah Pinto will be recognized on the field during the first quarter. The Rams will also wear a #75 decal on their helmets for the rest of the 2013 season to honor the hall-of-famer who passed away June 3.

The NFL also announced they will present an award named after Jones to league leader in sacks at the end of every season.  The Rams retired Jones’ number in 2009; he was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1980.
