(FootballStL) -- I think Stan Kroenke hit a home run with the hire of Jeff Fisher. It isn't the only thing needed to turn the Rams around but it's a great start. He'll bring leadership and instant credibilty. The players will respect him the minute he walks in the door. And he'll assemble an experienced, accomplished staff which is hard for first time head coaches to get done.

And, the Rams will develop a hard-nosed personality in time. It's what his Titans teams always had. I saw it first hand in 2008 when Fisher's Titans battered, bloodied and bullied Scott Linehan's Rams in three days of joint workouts in Nashville.
