Just in case anyone was still wondering if the Rams made a mistake in releasing guard Richie Incognito, and letting the Buffalo Bills claim him off waivers, Sunday was a classic example of why the Rams did the right thing.  First Incognito started for the Bills and committed 30 yards worth of penalties.  Two holding calls and an illegal block.  Then after the game Incognito was asked about being fined 50k for his play against the Titans and he said, "With the fine of 50 grand, I would have gladly paid more to get out of that situation in St. Louis, so I chalk it up to that."
