ST. LOUIS (AP) — St. Louis Rams executive Kevin Demoff was hospitalized after fainting in an office at Rams Park, but felt well enough to tweet his embarrassment.

Coach Jeff Fisher said Friday that Demoff, the Rams' chief operating officer, was fine. Demoff tweeted (at)kdemoff, "I guess fainting the day after going over .500 isn't exactly acting like you've been there before."

After beating the Cardinals 17-3 Thursday night, the Rams are 3-2 and above .500 for the first time since 2006.

Fisher characterized it as an incident and said he spoke with Demoff before the COO left in an ambulance.
