PHOENIX (FootballStL) -- It could only get better for Sam Bradford after last week’s performance, right? Thankfully for the Rams it did...somewhat.
Coming off a game where he seemed to miss every open receiver in addition to throwing a terrible interception in a 27-13 loss to the Jets, Bradford improved moderately against the Cardinals on Sunday.
Bradford was 8-for-17 for 205 yards and two touchdowns in the 31-17 win.
The only major hiccup from Bradford came in the second quarter when he threw an interception in the red zone to Patrick Peterson with the Rams down 14-7 at the time.
On multiple occasions, Bradford shined with finesse, over-the-shoulder passes to Danny Amendola, Chris Givens and Lance Kendricks. The latter two resulted in touchdowns.
Bradford also found Givens to be a valuable go-to receiver with Amendola limited by a foot injury. Givens was targeted a team-high six times, all of which resulted with completions. He finished the game with 115 receiving yards.
