JEFFERSON CITY, Missouri – The state will release to the public renovation proposals for the Edward Jones Dome on May 14 unless a court rules otherwise, Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster announced Monday.

Koster said he has sent a letter telling representatives of the St. Louis Rams and the St. Louis Convention and Visitors Bureau that the state is complying with an open records request regarding proposals on upgrading the Edwards Jones Dome.

In a letter sent to a local television station, which made the records request, the St. Louis Rams and two local law firms, Koster said the state’s Office of Administration is preparing to respond to the records request, and “in the absence of any judicial order to the contrary, [the state] will produce the requested documents by the close of business on Monday, May 14, 2012.”

The open records request was made May 3 to the Office of Administration.
