St. Louis (KMOV) – After years standing guard outside of Busch Stadium, this morning workcrews using a crane gingerly lifted the Stan Musial statue from its pedestal and loaded it onto the back of a truck. The statue will be placed in storage until it can be placed at the new ballpark. The breaking balls are swinging over at Busch Stadium as crews work around the clock to bring down the old ballpark.
