JUPITER, Fla.—Spring training has come. Spring training has gone. Today the Cardinals play their final Grapefruit League game of 2014 before embarking north for one final exhibition tomorrow in Memphis.

From there it’s Great American Ballpark in Cincinnati for Opening Day on Monday.

Michael Wacha takes the ball against the Marlins this afternoon at Roger Dean Stadium.  This is Wacha’s final tune-up before he starts the second game of the season after Adam Wainwright.  The Texas A&M alum is also in line to start the Home Opener the following week at Busch Stadium.

Mike Matheny is going with all of his starters today except catcher Yadier Molina.  Tony Cruz starts in his place.  Matheny has been very diligent this spring in spacing out Molina’s appearances, careful not to overwork his All-Star in March.

The rest of the lineup on this final day in Florida:

1) Matt Carpenter - 3B

2) Jhonny Peralta - SS

3) Matt Holliday - LF

4) Allen Craig - RF

5) Matt Adams - 1B

6) Tony Cruz - C

7) Kolten Wong - 2B

8) Peter Bourjos - CF

9) Michael Wacha - P

Every relief pitcher remaining on the roster is on the list as available out of the bullpen.
