JUPITER, Fla. (BaseballSTL) -- David Freese will miss his second consecutive game with a sore tailbone after he fell into the stands in Monday's game while attempting to catch a foul pop-up.  The injury is deemed minor and not expected to keep the St. Louis native out for very long.

Matt Adams starts again at first base after hitting his second home run of spring training yesterday, a blast that might have cleared 450 feet.  Adams is trying to win a spot on the Cardinals' bench after hitting .329 with 18 home runs in just 258 at-bats a season ago in AAA-Memphis.

Here's the rest of the Cards' starting lineup versus the New York Yankees:

1) Jon Jay - CF
2) Oscar Taveras - RF
3) Allen Craig - DH
4) Matt Adams - 1B
5) Ty Wigginton - 3B
6) Shane Robinson - LF
7) Daniel Descalso - 2B
8) Tony Cruz - C
9) Pete Kozma - SS

Joe Kelly makes his second start of spring training.  Also available to pitch today: Randy Choate, Mark Rzepczynski, John Gast, Jason Motte, Seth Maness, Edward Mujica and Jorge Rondon.

First pitch from Roger Dean Stadium is set for 12:05 pm St. Louis time.
