ST. LOUIS (BaseballStL) -- Starter Jaime Garcia is expected to miss his next scheduled start on Friday due to discomfort in his left elbow.
According to MLB.com's Jenifer Langosch, Garcia was sent back to St. Louis to undergo an MRI which revealed no damage.
The rest of the starting pitching staff will be pushed up a day until June 5 when Garcia is expected to make his next start.
