HOUSTON (BaseballStL) – It is going to be really tough to see the Houston Astros depart from the National League after this season and winning ten in a row over them prior to Wednesday’s loss makes it that much harder to watch them go.

The Astros beat the Cardinals 2-0 on Wednesday keeping them from their first series sweep in Houston since 2004 and from topping the team’s longest win streak against one opponent since beating the Dodgers ten-straight times from 2005 to 2007.
