Cardinals nearing 3 million mark in attendance

ST. LOUIS (BaseballStL) – The Cardinals are expected to surpass the three million mark in season attendance this week.

It will also mark the ninth straight season and sixteenth time in franchise history that the team reached over three million in attendance.

The Cardinals are averaging 40,358 fans per game, which is sixth best in Major League Baseball.
