(BaseballStL) -- The St. Louis Cardinals honored longtime Atlanta Braves third baseman Chipper Jones, who is set to retire at the end of the season, at Busch Stadium Sunday.

Former Braves teammates Adam Wainwright and Rafael Furcal represented the Cardinals on the field for the pre-game ceremony.  Jones received a framed photograph taken of himself during a game at Busch Stadium in addition to an autographed Stan Musial jersey.

Jones, who was not in the starting lineup Sunday, has a career .284 batting average with 23 home runs and 69 runs batted in in 113 games against the Cardinals.
