ATLANTA (AP) — The Final Four in the men's NCAA tournament is being played tonight in Atlanta. The opening game has Louisville playing Wichita State with Syracuse going up against Michigan in the second contest.

SAN ANTONIO (AP) — The banged-up San Antonio Spurs are home this evening to the Atlanta Hawks. The Spurs, who have lost four of their last eight games, are out to regain first place in the Western Conference as Oklahoma City is off tonight. The Spurs and Thunder share the top spot with records of 56-20.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) — Qualifying is taking place today for tomorrow's IndyCar race in Birmingham, Ala. The winner of this race a year ago was Will Power with Scott Dixon second.

BOISE, Idaho (AP) — The U.S. and Serbia split the singles matches yesterday in their Davis Cup quarterfinal. The doubles takes place today with the Bryan brothers carrying the American hopes.

SAN ANTONIO (AP) — The third round of the PGA's Texas Open is underway in San Antonio. At the end of play yesterday the leader was Billy Horschel, two shots in front of Charley Hoffman, Daniel Summerhays and Steven Bowditch.
