(BaseballStL) -- In his third start since returning from the disabled list with an elbow problem, Jake Westbrook held the Houston Astros to no hits through five innings in a 13-5 win on Tuesday.

The no-no bid ended with the first batter in the sixth inning.

With a 9-0 lead, Matt Dominguez blasted a solo home run with a 2-1 count to left field. The Astros weren’t finished as Brandon Barnes then walked which was followed by a single from Jose Altuve.

Former Cardinals product Brett Wallace tripled both runners to home plate to trim the Cardinals lead to 9-3. Wallace would score on a sacrifice fly hit by Juan Castro in the next at-bat.

Westbrook was able to escape a two-out double by Carlos Pena later in the inning. When it was all said and done, the Astros trimmed the lead to 9-4 after scoring the four runs on four hits and a walk off Westbrook.

Seth Maness relieved Westbrook with an 11-4 lead in the seventh inning.

The final stat line for Westbrook read: 6 IP, 4 H, 4 R (all earned), 2 BB, 3 SO
