ST. LOUIS (FootballStL) -- St. Louis Rams tight end Brody Eldridge has been suspended four games for violating the league's policy on performance-enhancing drugs.

The Rams claimed Eldridge off waivers in May from the Indianapolis Colts, where he played in 27 games over the last two seasons.

Eldridge, drafted by the Colts from the University of Oklahoma, has 14 receptions for 84 yards in his career.

The news was first reported by Howard Balzer (via Twitter).
