The perennial all-star says to spend less, but give more, and remember what Christmas is all about.
Pujols took the stage at the Crossing Church in Chesterfield Wednesday to become part of the Advent Conspiracy. The movement encourages less "consumerism" during the Christmas season.
Pujols told church and community leaders that they can lead by example, by choosing to help others.
The Pujols Family Foundation helps local kids with Down Syndrome. Advent Conspiracy was started by a group of pastors several year ago, and has attracted attention world-wide.
