(BaseballStL) -- It's interesting to see Matt Carpenter hit lead off with Kolten Wong second.

In a lineup that looks very regular season-esque you would have thought if Wong was in there he'd be hitting closer to the bottom of the order.

His recent hot streak (hitting nearly .400 despite getting off to an 0-10 start) has obviously bumped him up in the order.

But if you're going to do that, Wong would seemingly be a better first hitting first due to his speed and Carpenter second because of his gap-to-gap power. It's a storyline to follow because this is not how we originally saw things playing out in spring.
