(BaseballStL) -- The Cincinnati Reds may become more difficult to beat if they obtain free agent outfielder Shane Victorino.
Several reports have come out stating that the Reds are one of many teams interested in the services of the man dubbed as the “Flyin’ Hawaiian.” Other interested teams that have been listed are the Indians, Red Sox and Rangers.
Victorino, 31, is coming off his worst season at the Major League level after hitting .255 with eleven home runs and 55 RBI.
In June, the Reds turned down a deal with the Phillies for Victorino. The outfielder was later traded to the Dodgers.
