If you’ve followed my work and read this blog over the last year, you’ll remember how fortunate I’ve been to get to know the family of Joshua Brown. He was the young SLU fan who lost his battle with brain cancer last June.

In the time since he passed, his family has created a foundation in his memory called “Joshua’s Great Things,” to support pediatric brain cancer research. Here are the details on a fundraiser luncheon:

When: April 26
Where: Four Points by Sheraton Hotel
319 Fountains Pkwy
Fairview Heights, IL 62208
Time: 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Cost: Children $30 Adults $20

More info: http://doll-and-me-luncheon.eventbrite.com
Questions: joshuasgreatthings@gmail.com

Please spread the word. I know the Brown’s would appreciate it and so would I.

Thanks for reading and watching! - Mike
