(KMOV.com) – Many people believe things are slowly returning to normal in Ferguson.
Several members of the Believers Temple World Fellowship told News 4 they are starting to see small signs that normality is setting back in an area where chaos once reigned.
“Last week it was pretty rough out here, especially when it got dark outside. Today it’s peaceful,” a resident said.
There were fewer protesters, honks from cars, and media members along West Florissant near Canfield. Officers are still blocking entrances into the area, but those blockades have started later and been lifted earlier.
“I don’t think we’ll ever experience normal again, but it’s gotten a lot better. People are able to at least rest in the evening,” Shawntelle Fisher said.
