(KMOV.com) – Around 30 or 40 people participated in a protest outside St. Louis County Prosecutors Bob McCulloch’s office Tuesday afternoon urging him to file charges in the death of Michael Brown, Jr.

Some people have urged McCulloch to recuse himself, and for a special prosecutor to be appointed.

McCulloch said he will begin presenting evidence to a grand jury within days. The grand jury will then decide if there is enough probable cause to charge Officer Darren Wilson, who shot Brown.
