Two swine flu cases have been confirmed and about 50 people have been quarantined at a summer camp at the Lake of the Ozarks.
The Kansas City Star reported that Camp Sabra in the Morgan County town of Rocky Mount will be closed for a week.
Camp spokeswoman Margaret Schatz said campers and staff members began getting sick last week with mild, flulike symptoms that typically lasted 24 to 36 hours.
Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services spokesman Kit Wagar confirmed Monday that two of three specimens sent to the state lab for testing came back positive for the swine flu.
Wagar said the outbreak is the largest outbreak in the state since the department began tracking cases of swine flu in April.
Wagar said no one has been hospitalized.
