A 17-year-old eastern Missouri woman is unhurt, thanks the fast action of an off-duty deputy who rescued her from a flash flood.
It happened Wednesday night in Lincoln County, where strong storms brought heavy rain. The teen's Chevy Cobalt became submerged in water on Highway C near Old Monroe.
Names of the teen and the deputy were not released. No one was hurt.
