Charges are expected to be filed against a courtroom audience member who attacked a Pleasant Hill man accused of the beating death of a 3-year-old.
Cass County prosecutor's office spokeswoman Georgia Sanders says charges against at least one person who allegedly attacked Javier Barker while in court will be filed Tuesday.
Barker is charged in the December death of his live-in girlfriend's son, Dillon Bahorski.
During a hearing Monday, Judge Jacqueline Cook entered not guilty pleas on behalf of Barker. He's charged with second-degree murder and abuse of a child resulting in death.
Cook denied a request to reduce the $250,000 bond.
Friends and relatives of Dillon Bahorski, many wearing T-shirts bearing his name, filled the courtroom.
