SW Mo. authorities investigate deadly stabbing

Southwest Missouri authorities are investigating after a woman was found stabbed to death in her front yard.
Police in the Lawrence County town of Marionville say a man who was found inside the house Thursday had stabbed himself several times. He was taken to a hospital with critical injuries.
No other details were immediately released.
