At first, Donna Sue Bynum was reported missing. Now, the 40-year-old southeast Missouri woman is accused in a Florida bank robbery.
Butler County Sheriff Mark Dobbs says Bynum had not been seen by relatives since Memorial Day. Authorities looked into the whereabouts of the Poplar Bluff woman and found out she was in jail near Orlando, Fla., for her possible involvement in a bank robbery.
The Orlando Sentinel reported that Bynum was armed with a pump shotgun and making jokes about President Bush when she allegedly entered a Bank of America on May 29th, then announced a holdup.
She was arrested as she left the bank. Authorities believe she acted alone.
