To honor 15 years of business, brewers at Schlafly have come up with "Schlafly Number 15".

Dan Kopman is an expert at pairing foods with beer.

With Number 15, Dan says you can go wrong with the rarebit.

With the pale ale, try the Icelandic cod and fries. The fries are hand cut the fish is dipped in a pale ale beer batter.
