St. Louis (KMOV) -- Whether it's traditional Chinese cuisine or something a little out of the ordinary, this week we've got a place that should satisfy everyone. Sauce Magazine's Catherine Neville takes us to Jennings for this week's Sauce on the Street.

Chopstix Asian Kitchen is a casual, contemporary restaurant in Jennings that serves a wide range of Chinese specialties. From St. Louis favorites like Kung Pao shrimp and St. Paul sandwiches to authentic Hong Kong eats, Salina O'Brien-Erby and her sisters focus on making sure customers get the freshest food possible.

One must-try on the menu is the Singapore noodles, where shrimp and barbecued pork are stir fried with yellow curry and rice stick noodles.

But it's the authentic dishes like honey-barbeque pork and Peking duck that make Chopstix truly stand out.

The pork is marinated overnight before being glazed and roasted then served sliced with rice and cabbage.

And that Peking duck? After being carved, it's served with steamed buns, scallions and a thick, sweet plum sauce.

The Chinese cuisine is fresh, fast and authentic at Chopstix in Jennings!
