St. Louis (KMOV) – Sauce Magazine's Catherine Neville takes us inside a new deli. She heads to the Tower Grove Park neighborhood for Sauce on the Street.

At Local Harvest Cafe, at least 50% of all of the food they use is local.

Open for breakfast and lunch, the ingredients Chef Clara Moore uses are super fresh, straight from the farm.

A breakfast must-try is one of their parfaits made with black bear granola.

At lunch, the sandwiches are stuffed with flavorful fillings and piled onto companion bread. 

Even if you're not a vegetarian, you really should try the Mediterranean.

Even the ham on local harvest's Ham It Up is made locally.
